Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Digi Spin & Loyalty ("the App"), operated by Digielicit Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("AppStudio", "we", "us"). By subscribing to the App or purchasing paid support services, you agree to this policy.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds for app subscription charges or custom support fees. All payments are final once processed, including:

  • Monthly app subscription fees (Starter, Growth, Loyalty Plus, Pro)
  • Charges after a free trial converts to a paid plan
  • Partial billing periods when you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel mid-cycle
  • Paid support add-ons (Priority support, Launch assist, Custom integration, and any other quoted services)

App subscriptions (Shopify Billing)

App plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API. Shopify charges your store according to the plan you select in the app. We do not process subscription refunds directly.

  • Free trial: Cancel before the trial ends in Shopify Admin to avoid the first charge. Once billed, that charge is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: Uninstall the app or cancel your subscription in Shopify Admin to stop future billing. Past charges are not refunded.
  • Plan changes: Upgrades and downgrades follow Shopify's proration rules. We do not refund differences between plans.

Custom support services

Optional paid support packages described on our Custom support page are invoiced separately from your Shopify app subscription. These fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly Priority support retainers
  • One-time Launch assist packages
  • Custom integration or professional services quoted per project

If you cancel a recurring support retainer, you remain responsible for fees already invoiced. No credit is issued for unused sessions in a billing period.

Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a refund, we will comply to the minimum extent required.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@app-studio.in before initiating a chargeback. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of app access and support services.
