Getting started

From App Store install to a live storefront — configure loyalty, optional spin wheel campaigns, and theme widgets in under an hour.

Install & choose a plan
Install from the Shopify App Store. Open the app from Shopify Admin → Apps and select Starter, Growth, Loyalty Plus, or Pro. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Configure loyalty settings
Set your points currency name, earning rules, tiers, and referral program from the Rewards section in admin.

Create spin wheel offers (optional)
On Starter, Growth, or Pro, open Spin & Win to create campaigns, customize segments, and preview the wheel. Loyalty Plus merchants can upgrade to Pro for spin features.

Enable theme widgets
Go to Theme widgets in the app and click Open theme editor. Turn on the app embeds you need (rewards widget, cart, spin launcher, etc.) and save your theme.

Test on your storefront
Visit your store as a logged-in customer. Confirm points display, redemption, and (if enabled) the spin wheel. Check admin for participant data and ledger entries.

Connect notifications or mobile API (optional)
On Growth+, configure email or webhooks under Notifications. On any plan, open Mobile API to generate a key for referral endpoints. Loyalty Plus or Pro unlocks the full Mobile API.
